Adult Registrations
Use the following form for registration of participants 30 years of age and older. Please add each participant individually so we have an accurate list of names and any dietary restrictions for each person.
Young Adult, Teen and Youth Registrations
Use the following form for registration of participants 29 years of age and younger. Please add one entry per participant.

To help streamline registrations we are requesting that you please register
online. If you prefer you may also register by mail by printing the form
linked below. If you do register by mail, please also send us an email with
the names and counts of participants. If you encounter issues with the

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by 12/31/2025 -- 100% refund
- Cancellation between 1/01/2026 and 1/16/2026 -- 50%
- Cancellation between 1/17/2026 and 1/24/2026 -- 25%
